The well riped grapes give to this wine a nice structure, supple and full. In the mouth, the ageing in oak barrels brings some soft toasted and vanilla notes, well balanced with the fruityness.


Grape Variety Chenin 100%
Terroir The vines are between 25 and 30 years old and grow on a Jurassic terroir. The grapes are harvested at a slightly advanced ripeness.
Harvested by machine. Direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in oak barrels of 225L and 400 L during 9 to 10 months. Bottled in september following the harvest.

Serving suggestion
To serve chilled, between 8 to 10 °C, for aperitif or with fish (grilled or in sauce), with chicken (in sauce) and cheeses.
To drink in its young age or to leave for ageing.
