Noble late harvest white wine made with hand picked Chenin blanc, left on the vine longer than usual. The Coteaux de Saumur is produced from noble rot grapes which gives the grape a high sugar content.
Aromas of dried apricots, honey, spices and candied lemon. On the palate, the wine is sweet, with tingling acidity that highlights lemony notes on the finish.
