Terroir The vines are between 6 and 25 years old and grow on a Jurassic terroir, grass cover between the rows. The grapes are harvested at good ripeness.
Winemaking Maceration between 10 to 15 days. Malolactic fermentation 100 %. Bottled in march following the harvest.
